Guiding Transformations with Intuition and Creativity
Arwen Dyer is a multifaceted leader who combines intuition, neuroscience, and the arts to facilitate profound transformations in both personal and professional spheres. As the founder and CEO of the Intuitive Leadership Academy she uses her innovative Intuitive Illuminator Codes and ARCA (Align, Rewire, Create, Activate) method. Residing in Tasmania, Australia with her two sons, Arwen's journey into transformative work began in the health sector, culminating with degrees in psychology and creative arts therapy.
Her extensive experience includes roles in various therapeutic settings, including at sexual assault support services, carers organisations, and in psychiatric rehabilitation. Arwen's therapeutic work focused on utilising play and arts therapy to support children and young people with autism and trauma histories. Expanding her healing abilities, she studied reiki, massage, craniosacral therapy, and somato-emotional release, facilitating the body's natural healing processes for holistic health.
Arwen’s entrepreneurial journey has seen her becoming a Magnetic Mind Coach, founding the Intuitive Leadership Academy, and other ventures like White Flame Enterprises. Her coaching style is empathic and individualised, helping clients embody their true identity as a superconscious creator. Beyond coaching, she’s an award-winning photographer focusing on conservation through nature photography.
Intuitive Leadership Academy
Arwen established the Intuitive Leadership Academy to bring together the diverse knowledge she has acquired through more than 15 years of study and clinical practice, with a particular focus on awakening the innate intuitive capabilities that we all have. Another key quality of the Intuitive Leadership Academy is to add true business development training for students, an area that is largely overlooked by other coaching programs.
The ARCA Method
The ARCA methodology facilitates intuitive creation and energy healing. It aligns clients with their intuited desires, rewires memories to release pain while retaining wisdom, and promotes unstoppable action toward chosen creations. This method leverages the integration of superconscious, conscious, and unconscious levels of mind, alongside the full embodiment of light consciousness, for true transformation.

Passionate about intuitive genius and nature connection, Arwen teaches people to awaken and develop their intuitive skills, likening the process to any other skill requiring practice and learning.
